1 Large and 1 small container of ricotta cheese
2-4 cups of Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Italian seasoning
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of Romano cheese
Pasta Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese and Italian seasonings.
Add in about 1/4 to 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese

After boiling the shells, fill with about 1 tbsp of the mix, placing seam side down. Cover with spaghetti sauce and put in the oven for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven, sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top and replace in oven for about 10 minutes to let the cheese melt.
