10 medium potatoes
8 slices bacon
8 to 10 green onions

Dressing
2 T bacon grease
2 T flour
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on until just barely done. Cool and cut into small cubes. Cut bacon into small pieces using kitchen scissors, cook until crisp and drain on paper towel. Remove all but about 1 to 2 T bacon drippings from skillet. Stir flour into bacon drippings, add sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and water cooking until thickened. Add potatoes and let marinate about 15 minutes on very low heat stirring constantly. Add chopped green onions and bacon crumbles and serve.
