2 boxes Jiffy© cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 container of cottage cheese (10oz)
1 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter. Thaw frozen chopped broccoli under water, drain well. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except butter. Pour melted butter into batter and stir well. Pour batter into greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Cook 55 -60 minutes.
