2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powdr
tsp salt
c. margarine
c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
6 oz butterscotch chips
6 oz chocolate chips
c. mini m & ms

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and marg; add brown sugar & vanilla, eggs and mix well. Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Add chips until blended. Spread into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with mini m&ms. Press lightly.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. Cut when cooled. Makes 12 bars
