3 1/2 c. flour 3 c. sugar 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. canned pumpkin 1 c. oil 4 eggs 2/3 c. water
Stir dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a well in center and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Grease and flour 2 large or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
