1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
3 med. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
5 T. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, margarine, eggs, bananas, and vanilla together. Mix soda and buttermilk together. Add to first ingredients; stir. Add flour and salt and mix well. Pour into 2 small greased loaf pans. Bake for 55-65 minutes at 350.
