1 flounder filet
cornstarch
1 tsp minced ginger
2 sliced green onions
1 small clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 c spinach, broken up
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the flounder with cornstarch and fry in wok oil till golden. Remove and keep warm. Add more oil and add ginger, green onions, and garlic. Cook one minute. Add spinach and stir fry until barely wilted. Put spinach on a plate and top with fish. Season with 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
