2 bags (16 oz) frozen Brussels sprouts
4 T. butter
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 tsp. almond extract
1 T. freshley chopped chives
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave sprouts on HIGH 7 minutes; stir halfway through cooking. Heat butter in fry pan until it turns brown. Add almonds and toss to brown. Stir in extract. Add Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper and toss. Cook another 2 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
