1 c butter
1 c oil
1 c powdered sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
4 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
375 oven. Cream first 4 ingredients well. Combine dry ingredients, mix into butter/sugar mixture. Add vanilla and chill.

Roll into balls the size of small walnuts; roll into sugar; place on cookie sheet and press with bottom of a glass. Bake 10 minutes.
