Ingredients:  
2 c flour
1 c butter
1 egg yolk
c sour cream

Filling:
c sugar
c finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cut flour and butter together. Mix in egg yolk and sour cream to make a smooth dough. Divide into 3 balls and refrigerate overnight. Roll each ball into a 9 circle, sprinnkling sugar mixture on surface to keep from sticking. Spread each circle with 1/3 of the filling. Cut into 16 wedges like a pie. Roll each up starting with the wide end. Bake 375 20-30 minutes or till lightly brown. Cool on wire rack.
