1-10 oz can beef broth
1tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1 potato, peeled & chopped in bite size pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped in bite size pieces
1 carrot peeled & sliced in bite size pieces
1 16 oz pkg. frozen corn


Kitchen 2
1 10 oz. can beef broth
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup flour
1 potato, peeled & chopped in bite size pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped in bite size pieces
1 carrot peeled & sliced in bite size pieces



Kitchen 3
2 cups water
2-12 oz can V-8 juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 potato, peeled & chopped in bite size pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped in bite size pieces
1 carrot peeled & sliced in bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Each kitchen adds their ingredients into a slow cooker. Soup is refrigerated overnight and cooked the next day. Extra carrots and celery stalks are divided between the kitchens to cut into sticks . A great way to practice using a peeler and knife.
