1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash chicken pieces; pat dry. Brown slowly in margarine in large frying pan; set aside.

2. Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl and add to drippings in the pan; cook stirring all the time just until mixture bubbles. Stir in orange juice slowly; continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and boils.

3. Add chicken and reduce heat to simmer, covered 45 minutes. (Check on it periodically)

4. Serve with rice.
