1 lb beef stew meat
1 c chopped onion
4 c water
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 1-lb cans garbanzo beans
1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn
2 oz corn spaghetti (health food store)
1/2 c chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the stew meat in a little oil. Drain off the oil and add onion, water, salt and pepper. Cook two hours. Add garbanzo beans and corn. Simmer until meat is tender. Turn up the heat and add 2 oz corn spaghetti, broken. Cook until spaghetti is done. Top with chopped parsley and serve.
