2 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter or Margarine
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Cocoa
2 pinches of Salt

1 tsp Vanilla
41/2 - 51/2 c. Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, milk, cocoa, and salt in a stove top pan. Bring to a boil for 1 min. Add vanilla and oats. Drop by spoon full on wax paper. Let cool for 5 min. Ready to serve.
