2 cups pumpkin (1 16 oz can--NOT Pumpkin Pie Filling)
2 cups sugar
1 cup self rising flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a well greased (spray works well), and pout into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.

Great as a side dish with ham or turkey! Kinda like pumpkin pie, without the crust!
