2- 16 oz. cans pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 c. plain flour
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheddar cheese. Place in a margarine-greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top. Pour melted margarine over top of crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Georgia Hart recommends increasing the sugar to 1 cup and using the chunks of pineapple.
