2 c. fresh sliced peaches
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Vegetable cooking spray
1 T. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sliced peaches in bottom of a square baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle vanilla over peaches. Combine graham cracker crumbs and spices in a small bowl, stirring well. Add margarine and stir until well combined. Sprinkle graham cracker mixture over peaches and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
