5 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb Jack OR Cheddar OR Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
7 oz. can of green chili salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat 5 eggs.
2. Add and beat: flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, and cheese.
3.Pour in melted butter or margarine, stir in

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, in a 81/2 X 11 Pyrex pan until lightly brown and set.

Cute in squares and serve.
