1 can salmon, drain, flake
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup all purpose flower
1/4 tsp. soda
cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together except crackers. mix well. Drop by teaspoon full into crumbs. Drop into hot fat.until well browned.
