1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 /2 cup butter

2 cups flour
2cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp. soda

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
Bring these to a boil , then stir in choc. chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Bring to a boil the water, cocoa, oil and butter. Pour this over the flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Add the sour milk and soda..( To make sour milk add a tsp. of vinegar to regular milk) Mix. and pour in cookie pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients and smooth over brownies when cool.
