3 1/4 cup Flour, 1 tsp. Salt, 1(1/4 oz) pkg. Yeast, 1 cup Buttermilk, 1 T. Honey, 5 T. Butter melted and divided, 1 Egg

Directions:
In large bowl whisk together 1 1/2 cup of the flour,, salt and yeast until well mixed. Set aside. In a small pot, heat buttermilk until warm to the touch. Don't overheat the milk. Remove pot from heat and whisk in honey, 3 T. of the butter and the egg. Pour buttermilk moisture into bowl with flour mixture and whisk until a thick batter is formed. Stir in remaing 1 3/4 cup flour to form a soft dough. Turn out dough and knead until smooth about 7 minutes. For cloverleaf rolls, divide dough into 36 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Arrange 3 balls in each muffin cup. For large pull apart rolls. Roll into 12 equal pieces. Put into a 9 inch round cake pan. Brush rolls with a bit of the remaining butter, then cover loosely and set aside in a warm spot until double in size about 1 hour. Bake at 375 about 20 minutes.
