1 graham cracker pie crust 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 3 egg yolks 1/2 C fresh lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
Mix condensed milk and egg yolks together, then mix in lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate overnight. Mother always put meringue on top but I use Redi Whip whipped cream as a garnish.
