SALAD INGREDIENTS

3 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets (about what you buy in a bunch at the store). If you need more for 3 cups just chop up part of the stalk

cup chopped onion

2/3 cup raisins

2/3 cup chopped green olives

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


DRESSING INGREDIENTS

cup mayonnaise

cup sugar

cup balsamic vinegar

For a larger group just double everything

It is best to mix the salad ingredients. Then mix the dressing ingredients. Pour in 1/2 of dressing and let it get married in the frig for 4 hours. Hold the rest of the dressing on the side for personal preference.
