1 (3 oz) box Royal blackberry gelatin (or any berry gelatin of your choice)
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup blackberry wine (Manisehewitz wine)

Glaze:
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/8 cup blackberry wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry gelatin with cake mix. Add oil, wine, and eggs. Blend well. Generously spray a bunt cake pan and pour mixed cake into pan. Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes. Check for doneness and bake a little longer if necessary. Let cake stand in pan for 5 to 10 minutes before removing.

Mix up glaze ingredients (works best if it is quite thick). Drizzle glaze over warm (not hot) cake on a serving plate.
