1 pkg (10 oz) frozen baby limas
2-3 tbsp bacon pieces
1/2 c sliced celery
1/2 c grated carrots
1/2 c thinly sliced green onion
2-3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c yogurt
1/2 - 1 tsp Madras curry powder
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook limas, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Put in a bowl with the bacon, celery, carrots, green onions, and eggs. Combine yogurt, salt, sugar and curry power. Mix well. Toss yogurt mixture with the vegetables. Chill several hours or overnight.
