2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 onion, diced
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Salt/Pepper
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers and butter. Arrange in 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350. In separate bowl, crush Ritz crackers, add butter and mix well. Sprinkle over top of casserole dish. Put back in oven and bake another 10-15 minutes/until crackers are brown on top.
