Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced - I use 1 tsp. of garlic from a jar
1/2 tsp. pepper & salt
6 fillets of salmon or a large piece of salmon
3 T. snipped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients. Marinate for awhile in a zip lock bag with all of the glaze except for 1/3 c. Grease cookie sheet. Place salmon on cookie sheet, skin down. Sprinkle dill on salmon. Bake 400 for 25 minutes. Baste with the 1/3 c. glaze. It would be tasty to make extra glaze for passing at the table.

Personal Notes:
This is very good and I am not a salmon eater. I got the recipe out of a magazine but Carol also had had this.
