5 large potatoes (Washed and sliced into 1/2" thick discs)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the potatoes using one of two methods: 1) Fry, fully submersed in oil, for 2-3 minutes or until slightly crispy or 2) Lay potatoes on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes, or until tender.
2. Lay cooked potatoes on a greased cookie sheet. Top each potato with cheddar and bacon.
3. Broil potatoes until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
4. Serve immediately.
