2 cans mixed vegetables (drained)
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
small onion, chopped fine

Topping:
1 tube Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in casserole dish. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
