1/2 cup Kraft Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. fresh basil or parsley
1/4 c. Kraft 2% shredded reduced fat colby and monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour dressing into marinate bag or dish. Add chicken and toss or turn to evenly coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken and discad marinate. Dip chicken in grated topping ; turning to evenly coat both sides. Place in shallow baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.Bake for 30 minutes. In a skillet with cooking spray , add mushrooms and cook till tender. Add basil. Top chicken with mushrooms; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake and additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
