1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 pkg. cool whip
1 can hershey's chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of water together. Add 1 cup of flour. Add 4 eggs, beating with mixer AFTER EACH egg. Spreadin greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Blend the following ingredents with a mixer:
1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk

Spread over crust. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over pudding layer. Drizzle with Hershey's Chocolate syrup over the top. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
