4 meduim potatoes sliced
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chuck roast, browned
2(10 3/4- oz.)cans of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1/2 soup can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chuck roast. In slow cooker, place potatoes. Add roast. In a small bowl , combine soups, water and evaporated milk. Mix well. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serves 4 to 6.

You can add anything you want. I have used onions, mushrooms and fresh garlic in it.
