Large pan of cornbread
1 green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled
6 boiled eggs, chopped
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Add mayonnaise to make moist. It is that simple.
