3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine

Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 6 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Pour into a deep casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
