1 tbsp. canola oil
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
fresh sliced mushrooms(amount to taste)
1 can(10- 3/4ozs.)cream of mushroom roasted garlic soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet on meduim heat, heat oil. Add chops and cook 10 minutes and brown on both sides. Pour off extra fat. Add soup and water. Bring to a boil and return pork chops and mushrooms. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chops are no longer pink. Serves four.

Personal Notes:
I have also added fresh garlic or sliced onions at times. They are browned before soup is added. I have also switched pork chops with boneless chicken breasts at timrs.
