2 eggs 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. melted oleo 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. milk 1 c. coconut 1/4 c. flour
Butter and flour a 9" pie pan. Beat the eggs and sugar till fluffy. Add melted oleo, milk, flour(mixed with the baking powder and salt) vanilla and coconut. Pour into prepared pan. Bake @ 350º for 40 min.
