3 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil
3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Add eggs, oil, zucchini and vanilla; mix well. Add nuts. Grease and flour two 5 x 9 loaf pans. Bake at 325 for one hour or until done.
