1 12-ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 14-ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
2 tbs margarine or butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 10 1/2 ounce package miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt morsels with sweetened condensed milk and margarine. Remove from heat. In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows; fold in chocolate mixture. Spread onto wax paper-lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan, peel off wax paper; cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature.

Tip: If desired, mixture can be dropped from the spoon onto wax paper-lined baking sheet.
