1/4 cup Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 cup self rising corn meal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pack yeast
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

Heat oven to 400
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake cornbread 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
