1 Chuck or Pot Roast
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Flour meat and brown. Place in Dutch oven. Mix two soups and water and pour over meat. Cover tightly NO PEEKING and cook 3 to 4 hours. Can add potatoes and carrots during last hour.
