1/3 c. butter
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. almond paste
2 egg yolks
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Directions:
Mix crust ingredients with a pastry blender and chill. Meanwhile prepare filling by grating the almond paste and combine it with the other filling ingredients, mix well and set aside. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, each part of dough will do one mini muffin tin (12) . Place a little ball of dough in each muffin cup and smash it up the sides. Drop about 1 heaping tsp. of filling into each dough cup and bake for 20 minutes @ 370 Remove from muffin tin and cool. Drizzle with a glaze made of milk , about 1/2 tsp. almond extract and powdered sugar.
