1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 T water
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

1 17 oz can shoe peg corn, drained
1 16 oz can French style green beans, drained
1 16 oz can English peas, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 small jar chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cool.

Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing mixture over vegetable's. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
