2 bunches spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 hard boiled eggs
1 bunch bean sprouts
1 onion, sliced
1 lb bacon, cooked and diced

1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup wine or tarragon vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup (or less) sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients and cook until blended.

Tear spinach into pieces. Drain water chestnuts, add to spinach. Add eggs, bean sprouts and bacon, toss with dressing and serve.
