1 box quick bread mix (apple cinnamon, coffee cake etc)
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. applesauce (I like chunky)
1 lg. egg
2 T. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon*
dash nutmeg*

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all well and pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake 30 - 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean when inserted near center of cake.
Top with cream cheese frosting or just enjoy plain.
