2 c. celery, chopped
1 small can pimiento, cut up
3/4 c. sugar
dash garlic salt
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 can sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. Let stand 2 to 4 hours before serving.
