1 16-oz. pkg. pork breakfast sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices day old bread, cubed
1 c. grated Swiss or cheddar cheese
3 T. onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 11' x 7" x 2" baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
