1/2 C Butter
1/3 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla
11/2 C Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients until creamy, then add dry ingredients. Blend until smooth. *Roll into balls, bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

This makes a really small batch, and no Mitchell or Jolley makes small batches of cookies. Double this baby!

* For a super yummy version, roll into ball, then flatten it out and put in a mini reeses peanut butter cup or snickers, then roll it back up and then bake it. SO YUMMY!!
