2 c.mashed cooked carrots
1 c.bread crumbs
1 medium onion,grated
1 tbsp.celery,grated
1 c. medium cream
2 whole eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole or ring mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes.
