Cream together:
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 Tablespoons light molasses

Combine and stir into creamed mixture:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar to coat. Bake 15 minutes @ 350. Makes about 5 dozen.
