½ cup butter 1 cup brown sugar ¼ cup white Karo syrup 1 cup pecans or almonds, chopped 1 box or Chex or Crispix cereal
Grease a 9x13 pan or sheet cake pan and spread cereal over the bottom. Mix all but the cereal in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes until foamy. Pour over the cereal and stir to coat. Stir every couple of minutes to continue coating the cereal until it cools. Store in a zip-top bag or covered container.
